Welcome bonus and the conditions attached
A search for the best pokies online Australia usually starts with the bonus. Casinova publishes a welcome package of 2,000 EUR plus 350 free spins, split over four deposits. The opening match is 100% up to 500 EUR. That figure is a deposit bonus. We have not verified a no-deposit bonus at this brand, so we do not list one.
Playthrough sits at 40x the deposit plus the bonus. That is the strictest multiple among Kingmaker, Cleobetra, Betrepublic, Betwest and Casinova. On the main offer, the other four are listed at 35x. Free spins at Casinova are also wagered at 40x, and the clock runs for 10 days. The 10-day limit is short beside a 40x requirement.
Those free spins are played on Cash of Gods, from ELA Games. Bonuses cannot be combined, and cancelling a bonus removes the bonus balance. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer here, which is also true of the other four brands. The minimum deposit is 20 EUR. Every amount on this page is the figure the brand publishes in EUR.
Against the other four, the euro cap is large but not the largest. Betwest publishes 5,000 EUR plus 350 free spins. Betrepublic matches the 2,000 EUR cap with 200 spins. Kingmaker stops at 500 EUR plus 50 spins on one deposit. Cleobetra publishes 1,000 EUR plus 350 spins. Casinova's distinction is 350 spins inside a four-deposit match, paid for with stricter wagering.
Payments and the limits of what we know
Casinova quotes card withdrawals at 24 to 72 hours after the ID check, and its T&C allow up to 10 days. Quick times are for e-wallets. Cleobetra e-wallet payout timing depends on the method and comes after the ID check. Kingmaker's cards take 3 to 5 days. Betwest quotes e-wallets and crypto at 0 to 24 hours.
Payment methods are not verified for Casinova. A stated payout window does not show which options an Australian customer can use. The PayID guide on this site explains methods readers ask about, without confirming them at any of the five. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus.
Minimum deposit is 20 EUR. Cancelling the welcome bonus removes the bonus balance. This site cannot move funds or undo that cancellation. Players must be 18 or over.
Pokies, providers and the live casino
Casinova's lobby runs to roughly 11,000 slots from about 127 providers, plus a live casino section. Betwest is close, at about 11,000 slots from about 129 providers. Scale does not by itself answer a search for the best pokies online Australia, because bonus spins may be tied to one title.
Welcome spins stay on Cash of Gods, from ELA Games. Cleobetra, launched in 2025, is the only one of the five with a separate Egyptian games category, and its spins use Cash of Egypt. Kingmaker's lobby is jackpot-oriented, with spins on Royal Fortune Wheel. Betrepublic puts the sportsbook first, including horse racing and virtual sports, and uses Riches Express for spins. Casinova's published shape is a large slot lobby plus live tables.
We do not quote return-to-player rates. Lobby figures are approximate, not a promise that every pokie is available in Australia. Nothing on this page promises a win.
Licence and what it means in Australia
Casinova's licence is Curaçao. It is not licensed by an Australian state or territory regulator or by the ACMA. None of the five brands is licensed in Australia.
Inside the group the paperwork differs. Kingmaker is Curaçao as well, under operator KNG Marketing Ltd (per directory listings). Cleobetra holds a licence from the Gaming Board of Anjouan, and the operator is NovaForge Ltd (per directory listings). Betrepublic is licensed in Anjouan. Betwest does not publish a gambling licence. Its operator, Westbound Ventures Ltd, is a company registered in Costa Rica. Betwest launched in 2026 and has no long track record.
A Curaçao licence is offshore permission, not an Australian authorisation. BetStop is the national self-exclusion register. Gambling Help Online is on 1800 858 858. Our responsible gambling page covers warning signs, limits and help. Terms of use state that this project offers no gambling service.
Verdict for readers searching Australian pokies
Casinova scores 9.4/10, the highest mark of these five, because the slot lobby is large and the welcome reaches 2,000 EUR plus 350 free spins. That score is not a claim that the brand is the best pokies online Australia in every sense. The 40x rule, on both the deposit plus bonus and the free spins, is stricter than the 35x used by the other four, and the clearance window is 10 days. There is no Australian licence.
It suits a reader who wants a deep pokie catalogue and can live with heavier wagering on a four-deposit package. Kingmaker is the smaller Curaçao alternative if a single deposit up to 500 EUR is enough. Cleobetra is the one to read if e-wallet speed matters more. Betwest's larger headline needs extra caution because no gambling licence is published. No result here is promised. Be 18 or over, and set a limit before you deposit.
Pokies from the Casinova lobby
-
Age Of Seth
Age Of Seth opens on a desert god: sand, force and ritual, without museum dust. Myth is the entrance, and the cover treats that Egyptian figure as living power rather than a relic.

Dragon Trail
Dragon Trail follows a dragon's path through scale and eastern colour. The trail itself is the subject: a winding line, a serpent's route, and a cover built around pursuit rather than a static portrait.

Coin Craze: Power Up!
Coin Craze: Power Up! pushes coins into a charged rush: craze, boost and the ring of metal. The cover is a practical cash theme, built for speed, with the power-up idea sitting in the title itself.

20 Golden Coins: Reel Fishing
20 Golden Coins: Reel Fishing joins a set of twenty gold coins with a fishing reel. Metal, a bite and a trophy on the water give the cover a resort calm, more shoreline than casino carpet.

Dual Fortunepot
Dual Fortunepot rests on a paired pot: two fortunes, side by side, rather than a single prize. The mood is steady, a double helping of luck rendered as twin vessels on a quiet cover.

Super Cash Boost: Hold & Win
Super Cash Boost: Hold & Win keeps focus on a gold shower and charged reels. In the Casinova lobby the tile stays readable, every symbol seeming to count, in a polished brand style.

3 Million BC
3 Million BC is built around one image: a predator's stare and open ground. The cover serves that single feeling. Casinova treats it as a character poster that livens the lobby grid.

Epic Ape: Blitz Cash Collect
Epic Ape: Blitz Cash Collect sets a beast world with a distinct character. The title keeps to one mood. On Casinova the cover frame is the point, and in the lobby grid that frame holds as a precise accent.

Fury Dragon - Hold & Win
Fury Dragon - Hold & Win comes down to sticky symbols and a counter, which is enough to set the showcase mood. The card feels like a personal pick. In the Casinova catalogue it wears night-resort glamour.

Diego's Spicy Truck
Diego's Spicy Truck is a small world: a hot roadside kitchen, colour that carries the heat, and a title rhythm that already feels like a stake. Casinova sets the card in evening shine.

Updated: October 2026
The editorial team is an independent group that compares offshore casinos for readers searching for the best pokies online Australia. We read published bonus terms, licence statements and lobby claims, then score each brand. We do not run a casino, take bets or hold player funds.
How we checked:
Each casino was scored from its published bonus rules, wagering multiple, payout times, licence position and stated lobby size. Cashiers were not checked brand by brand.
We may earn a commission if you visit a casino through our links. That commission does not change the editorial scores or the drawbacks we publish. Offers can change, and you should confirm terms on the casino site. 18+ only. Please gamble responsibly.
